Jim Matthews

Host of the vintage R&B and blues-rock program "Blues On The Lake." (since 2009). Inspired by Dayton's WING radio legend Gene "By Golly" Barry, Jim 's career ran from 1973 to 1986 at several stations including WMVR Sidney,WCTM Eaton and the former WAXC at Moulton near Wapak. Jim re-entered the radio field at 1600 WULM Springfield in 2004 as a freelance voice-over talent(ala Charlie VanDyke) in addition to being a stay at home dad who raised his three (now adult) sons with his wife Kimberly and working a regular job for an area lumber buisiness. Listen to Jim's show Saturdays from 8 to 9AM. Jim also loves contemporary Christian,soul gospel,jazz,classic Motown,rockabilly,soft adult contemporary,cajun,zydeco....and of course,oldies!

Heather Johnston Vanvoorhis

Host of "Cruisin' With Heather" ...who takes you back to the 1950s,60s and 70s...the formative years of rock and getting you in tune with our Wayback Weekends. We are happy to have Heather's cheerful voice on the air in addition to her daughter Sarah introducing many of the Top Forty rarity songs her mom plays...sometimes even a Big Band-era song or two. Saturday mornings 11am-12 noon.
